follow this steps

1.  Click Start->run 
2. copy paste this:'C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc'(whithout quotes)

 

3. then window is open   

4. open the host file with notepad  

5. then find this line "127.0.0.1 Local host"  

6. then add the site which u want to block  

7. be carefull for adding one site in one line

eg:

127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.2 www.googleg.com
127.0.0.3 www.yahooc.com
127.0.0.4 www.vinesh.com
